Hi, Martin. Thanks for contacting me. I'm not sure why there was a communication problem because I make a point of being clear on my orders by pointing to the dish on the menu as well; however, the service during my visits has always been friendly, attentive, responsive and well-meaning - and those things count for more as a botched order can always be fixed. And, the food: Simply Delicious. Not a visit to Green Leisure & Sports Center occurs without me thinking of dropping in for a bite or three. Always tempting! I'll see you soon.

This is Martin from Simply Thai. We appriciated the feedback from your dining experience in our outlets. Regarding the mosquitoes prob, we actually clean the area nearby our Jinqiao outlet regularly. However, as the problem was not solved properly, we have informed Green Leisure and Sport Center to clean up the whole area more often. We do appologize for the bad experience of you.
And for the orders mishandling, was it becos of the English of our service staff? So they could not communicate with you well? Please let me know.
