I know you are sure that Egghead did something terribly wrong, and I am biased as I am a repeat patron of the restaurant and friend of the said manager. However I think you have simplified the situation too much. It wasnt 30 minutes, it was more like 15....on top of that she was cursing at the manager and his staff. His reaction was completely unjustified, but this was not a case of "she came in and ordered...and he told her to F off" He first apologized and asked if she needed anything while she was waiting. She continued to berate him with obscenities....then he told her to F off. You act like there is no such thing as client crossing the line..... Unfortunately i have seen things go both ways.
