Great classes and attentive staffs. I appreciate that Dory will text me to remind me if I'm going to take a class or not. It's like having a good friend reminding you that you need to exercise. Definitely more enjoyable than just going to the gym on my own.

PS: they have changed their location now so maybe city weekend needs to update their address.

Kind of think that as the complaint was posted 1 month three weeks ago an the biggest issue was lack of RESPONSE that responding 7 weeks later is Amusing to say the least ... but I have seen the workouts in JIngan so a scam it's not.

Thanks for your feedback. Due to a set schedule for instructors and participants each bootcamp is held on fixed days and only rescheduled due to bad weather which affected most locations over the past months. Sorry to hear of your bad experiences but this is the first we heard of such a case. The mentioned instructor left the country for family emergency and no longer works for us(that's probably why he could not be contacted), but was replaced by another instructor and the location continued running. All attendees were notified and completed the season without worries. If you were unaware or not alerted please come to the studio and discuss the situation face to face professionally instead of mouthing off here. Sorry we cannot verify your case as our office have not received any complaints. We have many locations and members and don't know who you are, but if this is a genuine case of miss communication not just a public smear campaign, we would be happy to offer the next season of Bootcamp FREE to you. But to say we are a SCAM ?! that's gone too far don't you think?, we are a legit business running many years with hundreds of satisfied clients. Good luck with your fitness regime thank you!

I am new to the city and signed up for Bootcamp three weeks ago and to this date, there has not been a bootcamp class! The bootcamp class was supposed to begin on April 12th and due to the rain, there has not been any classes even though there has been a few nice days between. I have texted and call Dory at Eternity and there has been little to no response! She offered other classes to me to take at their studio but I signed up for bootcamp near my home and expect bootcamp if I paid for the service. I did not sign up for yoga, kick boxing, etc. Last Friday was the first nice day and I texted Dory and the instructor Gena several times and no one responded to confirm. I showed up at 6:30 am that morning and no one was there and it was a perfect sunny day! I called Gena and he picked up the phone, hung up, and then turned his phone off. There was no response from Dory to this date. I think if you did not have enough people sign up for your classes, be honest about it and tell people versus ignore people. This is extremely unprofessional! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!! I am not venting here, I just want to share my honest opinion and experience with everyone out there so that they do not have to go through what I went through.
