Was only in here for a few minutes then couldn't find a seat and decided to leave. Seemed more for the older sophisticated crowd. Might be a nice place to go and relax, saw a good mix of locals and foreigners.
soulful jazz, dark and smoky atmosphere, great place to go for a change from the poppy clubbing scene.
One of my long time favorate in Shanghai. Small & intimate, dark & smoky like the clubs in NY or N.Or. with great blues & jazz. The house band been around as long as I went the last 6-7 years with different guest and I still enjoy it tremendously. Place to go back and feel at home always.
Love it. Excellent live music, nice looking bar with lots of red in the chairs and a low ceiling. Very homy feeling. Will go there again and again

Hit the Cotton Club Last night to catch a old friend Denise sing, mind you all the talent was good, but the eletricity brought by this performer when she got up on the stage set the room a bumping. The club is dark, and the seat go like hot cakes, so get there early, or call ahead. Service staff are for the most part freindly, be ready to wave at them to get a refill, and don't be surpised that after you wave one might wave back as yesterday we learned that the service standards are not instilled, but a option. Over all its the music your therefore, and the live soul ful entertainment. Bravo on the Performances...
