This is a fabulously elegant and tranquil bar inside a spa and resort hotel. Wander in through the understated entrance and it feels as if you're entering a museum or a retreat, rather than a hotel. There's a fantastic selection of wines by the glass. Check out the library with open fireplace in winter months.

Nah, this is not same Long Bar as the one you used to work in. This is a really lovely, high-end bar in a hotel. The one inside Shanghai Center is different.
I used to work in a bar @ nanjing lu called "LONGBAR".... inside Shanghai Centre.... now...Longbar Puli? Any relations? If yes, then this place should also be runned by idiots......
does anyone actually go inside that building? It still looks like a 1960's monstrosity that's still under construction. When I saw the big sign "Puli" I thought that was the name of the main contractor. Doesn't look inviting at all.
