The "c" most definitely stands for cheap at this basement bar, where the scribbles that cover the walls of the labyrinthine interior were likely not planned by the designer. Although not the place for the missus, ultra-budget beers and mixed drinks make this a regular stop on the nightlife circuit.

personally i love this place - nice crowd, mostly young ppl, no old creepy men around, cheap drinks. Bad points - bad sound system, bad service (well, they're just too busy), fake alcohol.... lol. But i have to say that one year ago, the DJ was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!! Now he's playing quite good music =) very nice to see changes!!! Not like the one in Windows Underground - no improvement at all but got even worse!!!!!

What a great place it is. Relaxed people, Nice music (mainstream club / bit on the hip hop side which I like / sometimes pop), low prices for drinks. Easy to have a chat with someone, unlike the posh life on the bund. Will surely go again. Sure HOPE that they will do something about their FILTHY stinking toilets. This is beyond what is acceptable. Puddles of urine are on the floor in the men's. Its so easy to fix this, C's whats holding you up??
It's a dive bar, no doubt. Nice atmosphere with locals playing dice, bad DJ and bragging expats. A warning-- the two waitresses took turns trying to take my fat wallet out of my back pocket for about an hour as I sat on a bar stool. I happen to know it's impossible to remove, so I let them make a half dozen attempts until I gave them the stink-eye. They left me alone for the next two hours. Cheap drinks, but good selection of top shelf lables.
Really great place to go if your looking for a relaxed atmosphere. Bar tenders are good at understanding English orders and are very nice. Great place to go if your not into the 'posh' nightlife.
The perfect no-fuss place ! You can play dices or darts, have cheap beers, enjoy popular R'n'B music, dance or chat with your neighbors in this dirty underground atmosphere packed with expats and locals alike.
Great place if you just wanna dress down and your drink on for cheap! A lot of young students with a good mix of locals as well. Not too many old guys which is always good. They have a room for dancing and the rest is tables if you prefer to sit and relax. Been there once and wouldn't mind going again.
