The people behind popular American eatery chain Blue Frog set up this cocktail bar in Surpass Court. It's well-lit and has an excellent assortment of cocktails plus a bar menu. It's a perfect bolt-hole if the crowds at Lola next door get too great and you need an intimate place to hide.

Brownstone cocktail bar is a place where cocktails and great drinks rule our world and music intoxicates. Brownstone is known for its regular Sunday Block Parties starting at 14:00 pm every Sunday afternoon.

I adore this bar. The manager, wait staff, and DJs make this place better than the rest. The bartender is incredible, serves great drinks, and will put on an amazing show while preparing your libation. The patio is a great way to unwind and enjoy conversation with your friends, or you can move inside for a close and intimate setting with really great music. I will keep going back!!!!!
Now that was a good dirty martini. The block party atmosphere at Surpass Court also made it a great night.
It might be easy to pass over Brownstone — with The Roof getting all the credit for drinks and Lola drawing the crowds — but it would also be wrong. The bar holds its own in terms of drinks, atmosphere and interior design. Props to Brownstone for making Surpass Court that much more enjoyable.
