Attached to a wine shop, this lounge and restaurant selects a few quality wines to serve by the glass. To ease the selection process for less grape-savvy patrons, they use a sticker system to identify wines as fruity, spicy, rich or smooth.

They really have the best lasagna in town. I had them for take out every night for a week. I'm hooked.

nice place, i would recommend it, especially with its collection of wines.

PIZZA! come here for the PIZZAS! But ask them to go lighter on the cheese. Hard to find good pizza in Shanghai and this up there with Velvet pizzas. Delighted w the thin crispy crust and gourmet toppings like goats cheese and pumpkin. Yum!

A very nice and cozy place to have wine with a friend or two. Wine list is pretty good, and reasonably priced. We enjoyed it.

A really amazing experience. The food is fantastic and the wine pairings are really right on. I just spent a lazy Sunday afternoon there with my laptop (free wifi!), sipping on wine, and munching on the delicious snacks

Went there a while ago, and thought it was a great place. I like their concept of introducing wine to newbie like me, using friendly labels, good job. Had a simple meal there, was pretty good for a small kitchen. Planning to go there again this weekend!!

Dine as you wine A wine lounge and restaurant connected to a wine shop should, in theory, have a long, enviable wine list. While Just Grapes only serves a handful of wines by the glass, the labels they chose were picked with care from their store. Each of the bottles wears a sticker indicating its flavor–fruity, spicy or nutty–and its body–rich or smooth. For patrons who need guidance, the dinner menu recommends a complementary wine for each dish according to the sticker system. Our palates delighted over each sip of a New Zealand sauvignon blanc, which rolled down smoothly with the advised spinach and tomato tart (¥30). The homemade spaetzle with salmon (¥60) didn’t inspire us to odes, but portions are generous and each dish is prepared fresh to order in an open kitchen. -Courtney Woo
