My mom rocks, she plays an amazing Voodoo Child with her Fender 61` !

Growing up my mom was the cool mom who planned old school birthday party games and cool treat bags - my friends still talk about the birthday parties my mom organized!! She was the mom who made homemade bread and cookies every week and had a supper made every night for the family to sit and eat together. She would play board games with me and talk for hours with me. My mom has always rocked. But since my son entered the world 12 weeks ago I have realized my mom is more than just my mom. More than just my friend even. I realized that my mom is a strong support system. My mom is like a solid and reliable rock in my life. She is full of ideas and advice, but she doesn't throw it at me. She waits till I ask. She has told well wishers who have tried to give her advice to pass on to me about the baby that she "will not pass on advice to my daughter. When she needs to know something she will ask." I love that my mom doesn't try to live my life or plan my life for me! She is an encourager - a cheerleader for my life. I am so blessed to have her as my mom!
my mum rocks because....
she always can tell when i'm upset and usually knows exactly how to make me feel better.
she always puts others before herself and has time to listen.
she is independent, strong and happy on the inside and out (most important!)
she has dealt with arthritis most of her life (since 18 yrs old) and I've never once heard her complain about the pain
she can't cook, can't sew, hates gardening, but apart from these non important things, is the best mum i could ever ask for
she's open, supportive and has always been there for me.. though she misses me like hell since i moved to china!

My mom legit rocks because she was crowned the Dancing Queen of ’91 in a Korean Disco. My mom is so cool that she offered to get a tattoo with me (but I declined). My mom is so loving that she will f*ck anyone up who messes with me, (no one would want to mess with me after witnessing her death glare). My mom is so beautiful she naturally looks 35 but she’s almost 50 (the wonders of being Asian). My mom is so elegant and classy that she has rocks of all colors, shapes and sizes (but one more wouldn’t hurt!)

She paid for my flying lessons even though she was afraid I would kill myself.

To celebrate her sixtieth birthday, my mother got her belly button pierced. Who knows what she will do next year?

Dozens and dozens of packages, including Easter Baskets well into my 20s.

Manfred's mother rocks. Literally. She plays drums in a Metallica cover band in Toronto. I've seen my mom rock out more than any other mom on earth. No mother in history has rocked more than Manfred's mother. She stone cold rocks. Love her!

My mother brought me to my first dance club when I was 16. She took me to a rock concert when I was 18. She took me to Las Vegas for my 21st birthday. When she came to visit me in Shanghai we stayed out at Windows Underground until 4 in the morning. I came to terms with the fact that my mom is cooler than I am a long time ago. I think it's pretty safe to say that she rocks.

My mom is the most nice and best person that i would love to hv her again in this life even in other life!.i call her rock's coz she raise family by herself, make decision for all her kids for good&better future and never for everything that she choosen from the past.I used to let her down and upset before but she never blame me for that.she keep in supporting me in everythings even if she disagree with it.i h'vent gave her something more special like this.so 'tis will be the 1st things that she can remember above all that she hv before.to let her know..that i love her soo much more.

My mom rocks because she climbs rocks! She also has a black belt in free form karate, and loves to skate board. She drives a motorcycle to work where she rocks out as a tough nurse in the Neuroscience ward.
And she rocks most of all for traveling all over China by herself before visiting me for Mother's Day (which is also her birthday!).
The woman who can tackle everything tough as nails and is the most loving mom a child could wish for deserves a necklace!
She just rocks!

My mom has historical rock ,my grandmother give her.

Saying my mom "rocks", is a bit of stretch, but she sure can dance! When she visited us in Shanghai she had 2 ballroom gowns made at the fabric market and both she and my dad joined local couples and danced in the park. My mom is 65+ and while she may not rock, she sure can swing (and waltz, foxtrot, etc.)!

My mum is the strongest person I have ever known. No matter what life throws at her, she'll always pick herself up and act with class and dignity. She rocks because she's a heroine to me and all of my friends.

She's on facebook, posts her own pics and leaves comments on my friends' pages, 'nuff said

Well, I haven't seen her yet, as i am only 16 weeks old and in her tummy, but she definitely rocks! She does a great job keeping me warm and in the mornings she totally gives in to my cravings for chocolate cookies and muffins :-) I do believe she seriously deserves some bling-bling as it will be her first mother's day & I want to make sure she gets something to make her feel pretty for the remaining 24 weeks that she has to take me around (and feed me my chocolate!)

my mom s the most funky person, she will always have full finger with her diamond rings, stones colourfull bracellet on left arms, big cross necklace, always with jeans go out in her 55th old.She feel that she so convidence,if she go somewhere, sitting, smoking.everybody can see her bling-bling things specially in her finger,hehehe...funky show of mom,but i love her!!
Well, I don't even know how to begin. The last I wrote about my mother was in a 2nd grade essay so this is going to be hard. My mother has always been there for me through every thick and thin of my life. Every decision I've made so far, I knew my mother always had my back. She has supported me throughout my life, and if there was any one person that I could count on, it would be my mother. She just carries this aura around her which makes you feel like you're in the most secure place in the world. We do not talk a lot, but I always know that there is someone far away who is thinking about me. She makes me feel special. Words cannot do her justice, and there is no way I can express my feelings for her. I won't say she is my entire life, but she is the biggest part of it. My mother is the most influential person and the only person who inspires me. She is unique, extraordinary. And although she has fought with me, she has also fought for me and for that, and all other reasons, I think she is the most rocking mom ever!
To my mother, whom I love.
She rocks forwards, she rocks backwards, she rocks side to side. She rocks up, she rocks down, she rocks all around! Heck, she even rolls whenever she's in town! But most of all, she rocks whenever she gets a new piece of jewelry...especially if it's a Danish-brand necklace!

Why? Ask genesis:
I can't see you mama But I can hardly wait Oh to touch and to feel you mama Oh I just can't keep away In the heat and the steam of the city Oh its got me running and I just can't brake So say you'll help me mama 'Cause its getting so hard - oh
Now I can't keep you mama But I know you're always there You listen, you teach me mama And I know inside you care So get down, down here beside me Oh you ain't going nowhere No I won't hurt you mama But its getting so hard - oh
Ha ha, ha ha ha ha, ha ha, argh Ha ha, ha ha ha ha, ha ha, argh
Can't you see me here mama Mama mama mama please Can't you feel my heart Can't you feel my heart Can't you feel my heart oh Now listen to me mama Mama mama You're taking away my last chance Don't take it away Can't you feel my heart?
Ha ha, ha ha ha, ha, argh
It's hot, too hot for me mama But I can hardly wait My eyes they're burning mama And I can feel my body shake Don't stop, don't stop me mama Oh make the pain, make it go away - hey No I won't hurt you mama But its getting so hard - oh
Now I can't see you mama But I know you're always there You taunt, you tease me mama But I never never can keep away It's the heat and the steam of the city Oh got me running and I just can't brake So stay don't leave me mama 'Cause its getting so hard - oh
Don't go no no, don't go No no no, don't go...

My mom rocks like a magical healing rescue boat on a poor contaminated ocean.
