FAT? what a question! FAt means you dont belong in shanghai!! I am an obesse american expat and have NEVER felt so out of place like i do here. I guess china is not use to 'big" people!! it would be great to go somewhere(anyware) and not be stared at just ONCE! Fat is the devil in china!!!
Fat is the insidious demon asp that has coiled itself around my midsection and tucked itself so softly under my chin, so as to better flick its tongue gently into my ear with its endless imploring to enjoy just one more delicious dumpling, savour one more heavenly spoonful of dolce de latte, relish one more quenching bottle of cold lager.

Beeing fat means:
1) Not being able to wave your arm back to someone because of your wiggly arm
2) Having to unbutton your jeans after eating because you can't stand it anymore
3) Finding many of you pant sizes during sale season in stores (usually the small one run out first)
4) Thinking what you will have for lunch next day and its not even dinner time
5) When eating is the highlight of your day!
