A massive restaurant multiplex covering five floors with a seating capacity of 3,000 - and you better believe they actually bring in that many customers. Dong Jiang is pure Guangzhou Cantonese cooking, with what amounts to an entire seafood market on the first floor. But it's also a great place for dim sum, as well. Great for a large group of friends - bring them by the busload, if you like.
What a nice place, went there for lunch last Saturday. Had me a seat close to the street, regret that a bit since the cars and traffic makes it a bit noisy to have a conversation. But the food is really good and service tip top. Kind of interesteing that they have a few dishes thats not really Cantonise or even Chinese, like Tom Yam soup (tried that one, most excellent). The fish in the place was totally awesome. A stron recommendation from me, just remebmer that if you go there and want to have a conversation, dont sit outside near the street.
