Frankly speaking, The Bund is not a place for kids and from an architectural point of view, it's not suitable with swimming pools, as some have suggested. What The Bund really needs is a concert hall/opera house. If I could find an available spot in one of the main river view buildings then I would build a concert hall/opera house with performances from some of the best opera singers and classical music orchestras in the world. That is what we need in some of these historical buildings - it would be a winner!
