Introduction: Shannon Fagan Photography, one of the leading US stock photographers and China’s top selling lifestyle stock photographer, is currently looking for energetic Producers, Photographers, and Production/Photo Assistants to create stock imagery for our quickly expanding business.

Producer Description: • Create effective proposals for photo shoots. • Correlate job requirements and identify client’s creative and budget needs. • Find models, shooting locations, props, and wardrobe as needed for projects. • Maintain a location/model contact database. • Serve as the liaison between Foreign and Chinese clients, Chinese agencies, and on-site staff to ensure timely and accurate production of lifestyle photography and consulting services. • Motivate the members of the production team and facilitate communications to ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule and meet expected quality standards. • Draft expense sheets and control budgeting and be able to adapt to changing situations and requirements.

Photographer Description: • Create effective proposals for photo shoots. • Attend shoots with Shannon Fagan to learn aesthetic and technical requirements of stock lifestyle photography • Master lighting, composition, production skills, and advertising concepts that sell in China and in the US and Europe • Find models, shooting locations, props, and wardrobe as needed for projects. • Work together with our full-time producers and retouchers to ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule and meet expected quality standards. • Draft expense sheets and control budgeting and be able to adapt to changing situations and requirements. • Motivate the members of the production team.

Qualifications: • College Degree or above. • 3 years working experience preferred but not required. • Ability to work with fellow staff members to maximize equipment and personnel capabilities. • Time management skills with a capability to meet deadlines. • Intelligent, flexible, positive attitude, initiative taker, and ability to work under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Enthusiastic about the photography industry.
