This club offers regular weekend and holiday hiking trips around Beijing that the whole family can enjoy. Regular hikes cost around RMB300 (special price for children under 12) and includes pretty much everything including their famous post-hike snacks. Meet outside Lido Holiday Inn Starbucks every weekend, check for specific departure dates.

The Beijing Hikers Club has been organizing hikes in the hills around Beijing every weekend since 2001. Our regular hikes cost between 280 RMB and 320 RMB per person. The price covers round-trip transportation, water, professional guides, and post-hike snacks and drinks, and sometimes lunch.
The hikes vary in difficulty, but are for the most part fine for casual hikers.
We rate the difficulty of our hikes from 1 to 5 – Level 1 is the easiest, Level 5 the most difficult. If you’re unsure about the level of difficulty and/or if you are fit enough to complete a hike, we recommend trying a Level 2 or Level 3 hike to begin with.
We go out hiking every Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesdays, with extra hikes scheduled during holidays.

Some one in our group tried and they are quite friendly and easy going . If you are new and want to adventure , its good to go with them. They are priced right and have a good track record.
