The Scholastic English Learning Center maintains extensive English libraries throughout the city, with hundreds of books from the U.S. Children can borrow books to read and enjoy at home. Library cards are available for purchase at the center. They also offer ESL classes.

A fantastic library! I haven't seen anything else like it in Beijing - they have all the books I used to read when I was a kid in the UK.
Just opened in Beijing, Scholastic English Learning Centers have extensive English libraries with hundreds of authentic books from the US. Located in Red Yellow Blue centers throughout the city, young children can borrow books to read, learn and enjoy at home. Library cards are available for purchase at the center.

Both locations have great selections of books. I take my daughter every week and she loves it!
