Great location. Tasty coffee Easy to find
POOR FOOD and RUDE SERVICE - waited over 40 minutes for deserts to arrive. Had to cancel in the end - Pho was very standard, almost no taste and overpriced based on other local Pho offerings - touristy and certainly not worth going for the food. Roof terrace was nice.

The food was absolutely DISGUSTING!!!Not fresh and without taste I never ate so badly in China
Nice location, never been to Vietnam but definitely feel the South East Asian taste in the decor, especially at the back side of the restaurant. French influence can be seen from the posters and items hanged on the walls. It was raining so we didn't sit at the roof patio. The menu itself is pretty cute, resembling an old photo album. In fact here and there they will throw some old photos of the owner's family. It's a family business I assume, a French guy married to a Vietnamese lady and he opened this restaurant. We ordered spring rolls and Vietnamese salad as starters, then beef pho, beef vermicelli and curry chicken with rice as main course. Didn't taste the pho, but my friend said it was good. He has worked in Vietnam for few years and he said it's pretty authentic. My vermicelli was very delicious also the curry chicken. At the end we ordered, banana flambe and banana with apple crumble. The second one came with coconut flakes, delicious. The banana flambe was presented with rum and prepared in front of us. The menus all seem delicious, you can spot which is Vietnamese food, which is French food from the Eiffel tower or Vietnamese lady icon at the right bottom of every food's picture. There are some dishes we would like to try again soon.
Just had a pleasant Vietnamese lunch here. The staff were amazingly patient about having our baby and dog here indoors away from the sweltering heat. One of the waitresses even played with our little girl to give us a short respite to finish our food. The spring rolls were fresh and we enjoyed a delicious pho. Lunch was quite reasonable at RMB100 each with 2 beers.
We'll be back again to chill in their French bistro settings to try their brunch.

what a charming rooftop for every occasion! food was surprisingly good and wine choices were plenty (and affordable!) service was unobtrusive and quick. we arrived rather late (ard 9:45pm) on a weekday, and to our delight they allowed us to remain till past 11:30pm. a keeper. we shall return...

Newly arrived in China with little (iow no) language skills. Walking down Goulou from the Hutong and meandered into this marvelous little restaurant that could hold its own in any city anywhere. Food is excellent and almost too plentiful; the South African sauvignon blanc was a perfect pairing for the cassis in the kir; ambiance was comforting and the management was more than just management. I would recommend it to anyone. I've been there twice already and I'm going back again

I loved the atmosphere and rooftop. Very good service but I have to disagree. Food was too watery and no strong flavors....wines too pricey.

Le Little Saigon has nailed it. Perfect location, great ambiance, excellent food, a small but well selected wine list, and on-the-ball service. The Vietnamese and French dishes blend nicely and dessert is not to be missed.

hy, such a lovely place, vietnamese food very nice but also french steweed lamb or french steweed beef exeptional, like my mother! if you want eat good food without too much thinking that s what you need.

lovely place, very attentive french manager, excellent food! excellent for lazy sunday afternoons on the rooftop, with natural shade from trees!

Very happy To Find back the staff of Marguerite. Food, Decoration, Staff they are very Cute Hao Chi, Hao He, Hen Shu Fu

Lovely location, with very nice matching interior. It has a very nice relaxing atmosphere. I have only seen the first floor, didn't get a chance to see the roof due to some party taking places there.
The staff was very friendly, but somewhat unorganized. The food was somewhere between good and okay. Had a pork shrimp salad which was very tasty but lacked of presentation. The caramel pork was yummy as well as the chicken curry was, but too small for a main course. The coconut flan for desert was disappointing, it had not the right consistency it is supposed to have, it was grainy and too firm (no it weren't the coco flakes...) Overall a nice experience but a bit too pricey.

So a big surprise to find finally a real vietnamese restaurant in Beijing. Expat in Saigon during 3 years, able to say what is the real Pho from Saigon. Bonne appetit the pork nems are exellent!!!! So more, the decoration looks like Paris Bistro. Staff friendly and funny old nice music. Thanks Guys, good luck for your place. See u soon
Large diverse menu of vietnamese and french dishes...loved the pork and shrimp spring rolls but thought the price was a bit on the high side (2 rolls for 35rmb) and the beef pho was severely lacking - too much beansprouts, not enough broth and who puts cabbage in pho soup??? Overall, the service is attentive and atmosphere is nice so maybe the other menu items are worth trying but the price definitely seems high for what you get (pretty much on par with Nuage).

Visited Little Saigon while strolling in the Drum and Gong area on a lazy afternoon. Attracted by the sign "Pho" and went in for a snack. Friendly owner and laowai staff escorted my wife and I to the roof top. Skipped Pho but ordered beef stew and salmon with red and blanc house wine. Nice environment and decent food. Price OK. Will visit again.

It's a very good restaurant, music, staff, cuisine, decoration...

This cozy eatery combines the cuisine, feel and history of France and Vietnam, establishing a theme of romantic couplings. The first-floor of the restaurant, located across from the bell tower, is dedicated to a Parisian style brasserie/café. We ate on the rooftop dining area, which was canopied by mature trees for an intimate atmosphere. First up were the Pork Nems (RMB29) and Vegetarian Spring Rolls (RMB29), a fine combination of fried and healthy appetizers. We moved on to the Chicken Liver Terrine (RMB42), which seemed authentic, but too rich for our tastes, and the Hanoi Noodle Soup (RMB28), a dish unanimously enjoyed for its subtle broth, tender beef and generous size. We also savored every bite of the Vietnamese Pancake with Pork and Shrimp (RMB58), a dish that’s both light and tasty. Snugly flanked by the hutongs of Gulou, this charming new eatery is a warm and inviting place to while away an evening.
