This place is home to ridiculously good ramen. The fresh noodles and tender roasted pork set the restaurant apart from the competition. Rice dishes and sushi rolls are available at a reasonable price, but you'd be a fool to order those instead of the noodle soup.

Home to ridiculously good ramen. The fresh noodles and tender roasted pork set this place apart from all the other pretenders in town. Rice dishes and sushi rolls are available at a reasonable price, but if you tried them instead of the noodle soup, you'd be a fool.

WOW. This place does the best ramen in town, hands-down. With generous portions of pork, noodles, veges, and an incredible broth, each dish is bursting with flavour and absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself is cosy and packed with happy patrons. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes, although it will be hard to resist just ordering another bowlful of their mouth-watering ramen!

We have tried many ramen restaurants in Beijing and finally found THE one that best remind us of our favorite restaurant in Kobe! The broth is flavorful and just right. The egg was done just right - firm egg white and soft yolk. And the generous portion of roasted pork slices was tender. The ramen noodles was "al dente". Now we can a little taste of our second home in our third home!

Hands down the best ramen I've ever had in my life. The broth, oh-so-good... Looking forward for their Jianwai SOHO addition.

went for a bowl and conversation, came away intruiged. while the broth is not ramen jiro, perhaps that's a good thing for most of us, as it's full flavored and rich enough to coat your mouth. that said, the meat in our bowls was colder than our sake, and the noodles are nothing to write home about.

however, having tried many bowls in beijing and being disappointed, this is now the de facto spot for my ramen cravings.

One of the best examples of the Kyushu-style ramen in town with chewy noodles and a porky soup bursting with flavour. Do fork out the extra RMB10 for the tender char-siu pork that melts in your mouth. To top things up, its all-you-can drink Asahi draft if you visit before 10 Aug 2010.

Look out for their second outlet near Jianwai SOHO opening soon

Yeap, the soup for the ramen in this joint are heavenly good. I don't know if they are the best in town (they might just be), but I'd really like to see a challenger to put in doubt the invincibility of these ramen, that'd make an interesting match will for one winner: the customers.
